Improve Your Self - What Are Paradigms ?

Improve Your Life  – What Are Paradigms

What Are Paradigms ?

Often  when talking about It, People ask what are paradigms ?
I thought it might be good to explain here what it is.

Bob Proctor say’s that a paradigm is a multitude of habits .
These habits are stored in our subconscious mind and we are not even aware of them .

We carry them usually from the past , this is things we learned from our
parents and grandparent and from school ,some are even older.
These people are not to blame ,they gave us what they thought is good for us .
They did not know better themselves.

And we got Domesticated – domestication explained with a simple story. Read here an excerpt

Some we learned not long ago by ourselves. Like for example, driving a car .
We learned it and now we do it automatically ,we do not need to think about the how,
like we needed to do when we learned it.

We have our habits from the morning until the evening working for us.

Getting up ,brushing teeth ,shaving combing the hair, dressing ,this goes habitually.

Your Paradigms put  you on autopilot.

It is Paradigms that together with limiting beliefs de-genius us and ignite the voice of inner judgment.

Have A Paradigm Shift

Some Habits are good ,some can be bad or not necessary. But we only realize them if we get aware of them.

There are a lot of stories ,but one I hear often is this one.
There was a family and when they came together for a birthday,
for example ,they made roast beef .There was a new family member and he saw the mother cut the ends
of the meat off before she put it in the pan,he asked why.
Nobody knew the answer ,only the grandma said ,I used to do this in the past because
my pan was not big enough for the meat.
This habit stayed with the family even ,it was not necessary anymore and they did not even realize.

Paradigms are Habits ,other people’s habits and they rule our life,
they are beliefs ,work practices, expectations and attitudes we inherited .
Paradigms are like a program installed in us and we act on them .
It’s like the rules of a game we have to play , we live our life how others expect we have to live it if we are not getting aware and change them.

Shift your Paradigm

If you dare to dream and want to improve your life , you need to get aware how powerful paradigms are and change them.

You need a paradigm shift.
If not, there will not be another outcome and result than you already have.
Your dreams can not become reality.

Quote from Joel Barker:

“To ignore the power of paradigms to influence your judgment
is to put yourself at significant risk when exploring the future.
To be able to change your future you have to be ready
and able to change your paradigm.”

If you want to get your dream to be reality, you have to change them ,
which is not always easy, but it will change your world.
