Staying young, slim and fit with an alkaline diet

The alkaline diet regulates the acid-base balance.

There are not many food groups that belong to the basic diet.

You might be wondering how it is possible to live only on vegetables, salad, fruit, almonds, chestnuts, fruit, almonds, chestnuts, potatoes, and sprouts. And you begin to wonder if you could make such a diet.

Raw Cauliflower Salad – Recipe
ingredients:
For 1-2 people :

300 g of fresh raw organic cauliflower cut or shaved into very thin slices

For the dressing :

½ banana
3 – 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil or hemp oil
½ tbsp white almond paste
After taste crystal salt or – who like spicy like – Ayurvedic Herbal & Spice Salt
1 pinch of turmeric or curry

For the decoration :

10 – 20 g -grown cabbage and broccoli sprouts
2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds

preparation:
All the ingredients for the dressing in a blender (maybe add some water  ). Pour the dressing over the finely cut cauliflower and mix well – let stand at least 20 minutes. Cauliflower salad can be also put in the fridge overnight and tastes even better the next day.
Before serving, sprinkle with hemp seeds and garnish with the colorful red cabbage and broccoli sprouts.

 

Almond butter

3 tablespoons organic almond butter
1 tsp lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of crystal salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl stir until there is a solid mass.

 

Millet patties with vegetables and masala

1 leek
one carrot
1 zucchini
150 g of millet
1 egg

½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tablespoon flour
Salt, olive oil or coconut oil

Put the millet in water to cook ( for millet patties should be a little softer to hold them better together) . Chop the vegetables very small and fry in a pan with some olive oil. It tastes especially good when the vegetables are lightly browned. Mix all ingredients together, form small patties, and fry over high heat in a pan with a little coconut oil. Serve with a salad or a vegetable dish. You can take these patties to the office or on a trip because they almost taste better cold than warm.

Almond milk base-Recipe #1

1 handful of almonds
0.5 liters of water
5-12 pitted dates

Grind the almonds in a strong blender. Then add the water and blend the mixture until it forms a milky liquid.

Depending on the desired sweetness level enter 5-12 pitted dates to it and mix for a few minutes until a “milk” is created.

Almond milk base Recipe # 2

(this almond milk has a finer consistency)
3 tablespoons organic almond butter
0.5 liters of water
5-12 pitted dates or liquid stevia as desired

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

 

Create your raw food chocolate
Basic recipe 1

100 g cocoa butter
50 g of white almond paste
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Date mus * (soaked in water and in the mixer-mixed dates) – or amount to taste

Basic recipe 2

100 g cocoa butter
2 large tablespoons of white almond paste
3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Vanilla from a vanilla pod
